AI Adoption Program

Turn individual AI use into a capability across the company.

We help leaders and teams bring AI into their daily work to gain productivity, accelerate digitalisation and improve performance in every area.

What it includes

We don't teach AI so people know more about AI. We build capabilities so they can work better with it.

Assessment and priorities

Knowing where to act first.

We measure the starting point, identify differences between teams and define which capabilities to build first.

Role-based training

So capability doesn't rest on a few people.

Not everyone needs to learn the same. We adapt training to the real tasks, decisions and opportunities of each role.

Applying it to work

Bringing adoption into everyday work.

Each team learns to bring AI into concrete situations in their work and starts developing new practices.

Governance

Moving forward with clear rules.

We define simple criteria on tools, information, validation and responsibilities so adoption can grow under control.

Levels

Three levels of support

The same method at different depths: self-paced training, guided adoption with support, or an in-company program for the whole organization.

Beyond the program

Once adoption is underway, the work becomes execution

The three levels bring the organization to a common starting point. From there we support full projects, designed around the company's real cases and measured with business indicators: specific processes, agents and automations in production alongside our technology partners, and follow-up on the impact in time, cost and quality.

  • Use cases taken into production on real operational processes.
  • Business indicators defined up front and measured afterwards.
  • Agents and automations implemented with technology partners.
  • Scope designed to measure, outside a closed program format.
Let's talk about your project

What the company gets

  • Teams trained and assessed in applying AI to their work.
  • Clear rules on usage, data and approved tools.
  • Use cases prioritized by impact and feasibility.
  • Traceability and documentation for clients, audits and data requirements.
  • A reusable kit for onboarding new employees.
  • Internal capability to sustain adoption without external dependency.
Depending on who drives it

What the program solves in each area

AI adoption is usually driven by HR, Technology or the CEO. Each arrives with a different problem, and the program answers all three.

Human Resources

What you get: We hand over a ready-made adoption and training system so HR doesn't have to build it from scratch.

Deliverable sequence
Assessment → training → use cases → policies → materials → onboarding → roadmap.

Pains we solve
  1. 01AI training ends up on HR's desk: someone has to train, support and set the criteria.
  2. 02Uneven adoption: some people are far ahead while others don't know how to apply AI to their work.
  3. 03No adoption infrastructure: training, policies, materials and onboarding all have to be built from scratch.

Technology / CIO / CTO

What you get: Order and govern adoption without turning Technology into the department that has to train and chase the whole organization.

Deliverable sequence
Usage map → training → criteria → policies → use cases → governance → roadmap.

Pains we solve
  1. 01Shadow AI and no visibility: people already use tools Technology doesn't control.
  2. 02Technology inherits a problem that isn't purely technical: security, governance, tools and training all land there.
  3. 03Balance between control and productivity: you can't just block tools, nor let everyone do as they please.

CEO / General Management

What you get: Turn informal AI use into a managed, measurable business capability focused on productivity.

Deliverable sequence
Baseline → gaps → use cases → training → governance → priorities → executive roadmap.

Pains we solve
  1. 01Are we getting real productivity from AI? Buying licences or having people use ChatGPT doesn't answer that.
  2. 02Fragmented adoption: each department moves on its own and nobody has a cross-company view.
  3. 03Competitiveness and risk: accelerate without creating data, compliance or unclear-ROI problems.

Adoption continues with every new hire

Every level leaves an AI onboarding kit for new employees, from a standard version to a system integrated into HR processes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI adoption program?

It is a program to get leaders and teams to bring AI effectively into their daily work. It combines assessment, role-based training, practical application, usage criteria and ongoing support.

How is it different from an AI course?

A course transfers knowledge. An adoption program builds capabilities and changes practices inside the organization, working on the real tasks, decisions and situations of each area.

Do all employees need to learn the same thing?

No. Training adapts to the role, level of adoption and needs of each area. Leadership, People, Sales, Operations or Technology have different opportunities and responsibilities regarding AI.

How long does it last and what about people who join later?

The digital training is self-paced with 12 months of access, and the guided levels usually run over 6 to 12 weeks. We also leave reusable materials, guides and criteria for onboarding new joiners.

How do we know the program is working?

We define indicators based on the objectives: active adoption, capabilities built, use of the selected use cases, opportunities identified, time recovered or other observable changes in how people work.

Which reference framework applies in the Americas?

The methodology is the same in every region. In the Americas we apply it with international good practices for AI adoption, data protection and the contractual requirements of clients and head offices.

Where can I see pricing?

Prices for the three programs appear in their detail when you open “What's included”. For custom projects we prepare tailored proposals: we need to meet first to understand scope, teams and priorities.
