Assessment and priorities
Knowing where to act first.
We measure the starting point, identify differences between teams and define which capabilities to build first.
We help leaders and teams bring AI into their daily work to gain productivity, accelerate digitalisation and improve performance in every area.

Role-based training
Not everyone needs to learn the same. We adapt training to the real tasks, decisions and opportunities of each role.
Applying it to work
Each team learns to bring AI into concrete situations in their work and starts developing new practices.
Governance
We define simple criteria on tools, information, validation and responsibilities so adoption can grow under control.
The same method at different depths: self-paced training, guided adoption with support, or an in-company program for the whole organization.

The three levels bring the organization to a common starting point. From there we support full projects, designed around the company's real cases and measured with business indicators: specific processes, agents and automations in production alongside our technology partners, and follow-up on the impact in time, cost and quality.
AI adoption is usually driven by HR, Technology or the CEO. Each arrives with a different problem, and the program answers all three.
What you get: We hand over a ready-made adoption and training system so HR doesn't have to build it from scratch.
Deliverable sequence
Assessment → training → use cases → policies → materials → onboarding → roadmap.
What you get: Order and govern adoption without turning Technology into the department that has to train and chase the whole organization.
Deliverable sequence
Usage map → training → criteria → policies → use cases → governance → roadmap.
What you get: Turn informal AI use into a managed, measurable business capability focused on productivity.
Deliverable sequence
Baseline → gaps → use cases → training → governance → priorities → executive roadmap.
Every level leaves an AI onboarding kit for new employees, from a standard version to a system integrated into HR processes.
Tell us your company's starting point. We'll review the scope and get back to you with the information and next steps.
We review your context, maturity level and which level fits best before proposing anything.
Program prices are shown for each level. Tailored projects receive a proposal after a meeting to scope teams, priorities and deliverables.
It is a program to get leaders and teams to bring AI effectively into their daily work. It combines assessment, role-based training, practical application, usage criteria and ongoing support.
A course transfers knowledge. An adoption program builds capabilities and changes practices inside the organization, working on the real tasks, decisions and situations of each area.
No. Training adapts to the role, level of adoption and needs of each area. Leadership, People, Sales, Operations or Technology have different opportunities and responsibilities regarding AI.
The digital training is self-paced with 12 months of access, and the guided levels usually run over 6 to 12 weeks. We also leave reusable materials, guides and criteria for onboarding new joiners.
We define indicators based on the objectives: active adoption, capabilities built, use of the selected use cases, opportunities identified, time recovered or other observable changes in how people work.
The methodology is the same in every region. In the Americas we apply it with international good practices for AI adoption, data protection and the contractual requirements of clients and head offices.
Prices for the three programs appear in their detail when you open “What's included”. For custom projects we prepare tailored proposals: we need to meet first to understand scope, teams and priorities.
It should not rest on Technology alone. Leadership sets priorities, People builds capabilities, Technology enables tools and security, and business areas bring AI into their work. Evolutivas helps support that cross-functional adoption.
